These are two of the sweetest people I’ve met. I made the 4 hour drive from Nashville to shoot Darren and Nata’s adventure elopement in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. We started their day off at this amazing little AirBnB in the middle of the mountains, and then eventually made our way to the snowy mountain tops. The views were magical, but it literally felt like it was -50 degrees out…. pair that with gusty winds and yup, you righttt, we froze our BUTTS OFF, but it was so worth it. These two are troopers.

Elopements are my favorite because it allows the whole day to truly be about the two of you and no one else. They allow for you to go wherever your hearts desire, and you can go ahead and forget about the family drama! Who doesn’t want that?! ;-)
